Where is my student username and password?
After you pay your tuition, we will create your student account and send you an email with your student username, password, and log in instructions. If you are a new student, please be patient while we create and setup your new student account (it may take up to an hour or more to complete).
But I never did not get an email ...
Please check your spam / bulk / junk email box. Our email may have been flagged as spam. If you still cannot find your email, contact us for assistance.
I am logged in but I do not seem to be able to download the course files ...
We recommend Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Chrome, Firefox and Safari browsers. Other browsers are not tested and may not support our download system. Also, please keep in mind that you are only allowed a certain amount of downloads per course. Please save your course file(s) in a safe place after you download them. If you need a course file after you have used up all of your download allowances, please contact us for assistance.
